Project Description

Working with Ortho Binda was an opportunity to align their digital presence with the high standards of care they provide in their two practices in Ede and Barneveld. Their original setup consisted of two separate websites which, while functional, did not deliver the polished, reassuring visitor experience that patients expect from a modern orthodontic clinic. The sites did not fully convey the quality of their treatments, the warmth of their team, or the clarity of their patient journey, and this gap became the starting point for a comprehensive redesign.

To address this, we brought together a multidisciplinary team covering branding refinements, videography, photography, SEO, content guidance, and web design. The goal was to create a unified online presence that feels cohesive, trustworthy, and patient-focused from the first click. Brand tweaks ensured consistency in tone, colour, and messaging across locations, while custom photography and video captured the atmosphere of the practices and helped demystify treatments. Alongside this, we provided structured content guidance to make information clearer and more accessible, and implemented an SEO strategy to help new patients in Ede and Barneveld find Ortho Binda more easily.

Branding photography shoot on location

Over years of working together, Vinita and I (as creative director) have refined a clear process that keeps us in control and creative, even on complex location shoots with over 20 staff involved—bringing in our new team member Fynn as videographer for added depth. With a full day of shooting across two orthodontist practices—one in Barneveld and one in Ede—multiple teams, and many different setups, planning and communication were essential to getting the best results without losing momentum on set.

We started with an extensive shot list, then carefully narrowed it down and mapped each setup to specific areas within the two practices so we could move efficiently between scenes. On site, we identified a variety of suitable spaces at both locations that worked perfectly for all the setups, giving us the flexibility to capture everything we needed.

Managing such a large group required tight coordination from just the three of us, keeping people, timing, and transitions between scenes on track. The whole team showed huge patience and flexibility as we choreographed each scene to capture exactly the images and video we needed. The result is a strong, cohesive set of visuals that truly reflects the energy and professionalism of everyone involved.

Together, Moran & I designed the architecture of the site, Moran rewrote the content and CTA's as well as preparing content briefs for articles so that the site made sense and created the right impression for visitors. Moran then worked her detective magic on the website to make sure that the ideal clients make it to Ortho Binda's website.
